My journey in ministry began more than forty years ago, sitting at a piano bench and learning how music could draw people closer to God. Over the years, I’ve served as a music minister, worship leader, and creative partner to churches of all sizes. What I discovered along the way is that small churches often carry the biggest hearts but the heaviest burdens—leaders and volunteers wearing many hats, trying to balance tradition with the demands of today’s world.
